The property is surrounded by more than 70 palm trees that give shade and majesty to the mature gardens surrounding the pool and house areas. There are also more than sixty bird species that have been seen around the property.
"One unexpected bonus of our location was the magnificent array of birdlife that could be seen at close range from our patio. Mary Anne, an enthusiastic birdwatcher, identified no less that 68 species, comprising vivid hummingbirds, orioles, warblers, flycatchers and raptors.
