Taxes and gratuities not included, twice a week cleaning included for weekly and monthly rental, daily cleaning for daily rentals. . Refundable security/phone deposit of $300.00 USD or open voucher of Visa or Mastercard returned on departure.

 Required minimum of no less than seven nights for weekly discount; no less than thirty nights  for monthly discount.  Booking that does not adhere to this policy will forfeit the security deposit or be charged daily or weekly rates on actual length of stay.
